Re: Combine two different arrays

Hi Raphael,

in the upcoming CloverETL version 4.1.0 we'll have a new component CrossJoin, that will do exactly what you need.

Re: Graph executed many times leaks memory

I didn't find anything suspicious in the graph. However, you're running the graph multiple times - how are you doing that? Are you running it from your own Java code? You might be not calling proper cleanup after the graph execution (e.g. you should call graph.free()).

Hi esegal,

can you please post the graph you're using? Then we'll analyse it.

Re: from where it is possible to dowload org.jetel source co

Hi esegal,

the CloverETL engine source code is not prepared & tested for building with Maven, the build system is based on Ant. So unfortunately I'm not sure if I can help you with that. However, do you need to build CloverETL from sources? You can also download a binary build.

Re: Clover ETL subversion support

Hi Sreehareesh, CloverETL supports versioning systems in general (such as SVN, CVS, Git etc). This is simply because ordinary CloverETL projects are stored as files on the disk. You can version them as any file - either by tools in Eclipse or by external tool such as TortoiseSVN. We don't ship a spe...

Re: Server Deployment

Hi Sreehareesh, regarding the data inside sandboxes (data files, graphs etc) - these won't be copied by the Configuration Migration feature. You need to handle these separately. Configuration Migration handles everything that's stored in the server configuration database (e.g. users, listeners etc)....

Re: Looking for documentation on properties in ETLComponent

Hello Andrew, the main attribute of component property type is the type name, which you correctly identified (e.g. name="int"). Additionally various types can be configured in more detail, and the configuration is specific for the type. So for example - in case of "key" type, the...

Re: Data Profiler Community Edition?

The trial Designer also has the ability to run profiling jobs and access the Reporting Console (built-in into Designer), so you can try those out too.

Re: reformat component issue in java

Hi, your issue can be broken down into 2 parts: 1) I believe you're extending the CTLRecordTransform class as the base for your transformation. That class is internally used by our CTL to Java compiler, it's not intended to be used elsewhere. You should extend the DataRecordTransform class and imple...

Re: Problem in implementing CompanyTransactionsTutorial Example

Here's a hint for passing the Xmx argument to Designer - open the CloverETLDesigner.ini file in your Designer installation and you'll find the Xmx argument there. If you installed Designer from an update site into an existing Eclipse, then the file will be called eclipse.ini.

Hi,

this is unfortunately currently not possible - you will need to create separate metadata for each version of the file.

Re: Subclipse Install Problem on Clover 3.2.0, Win 7 64-bit

Hi,

this issue was already detected, please see https://bug.javlin.eu/browse/CLD-2741. As a workaround please install CloverETL from update site, not from the bundle (Eclipse + CloverETL).

Re: Fast Sort BufferOverflowException

Hi, yes, we can confirm that the custom engine.config.file will only affect the properties defined in itself, and the other properties will keep their defaults. The fact that you're seeing only your custom properties is a bug, I've reported it in our bugtracker (see https://bug.javlin.eu/browse/CLS-...

Hi Daniel,

thank you for the bug report regarding the commonlib.bat file. I've created an issue in our bugtracker: https://bug.javlin.eu/browse/CL-2064

Re: Designer can not find class: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

Hi Jonathan,

I'm not sure why the dbDriver property doesn't work for you - the driver should be on classpath of Designer. I just quickly tried it, and it work in my setup. Luckily using database property works for you.
