Realocation of CloverBuffer failed error with FlatFileReader reading multiple text files within zip file

I have a graph that contains 5 flat file reader components reading files contained with a zip file passed as a parameter to the graph. For example: Zip File Name: 20170628_medispend_customer.zip url syntax for each reader: zip:(${PRM_INPUT_FILE})#dim_cust_dly_????????????.dat zip:(${PRM_INPUT_FILE})...

Re: Read Specified file .zip file - no error raised if file does not exist in zip?

Hi Pedro. Thanks for the reply. Can you alert me when this fix is available in a CloverETL release so we can upgrade?

Thanks,
Heather

I am trying to read a specified file contained in a zip file. The syntax below works correctly. zip:($...

Re: Flat File Reader Error - Bad Quote Format?

Vladimir,

Thanks for your help! I took advantage of second port to fix problem records containing quotes. Then read those records again to either put the fixed records back into the processing stream or send email with any additional errors. Worked great!

Query Jobs on Server

Is there an easy way to get a list of jobs you have scheduled on Clover Server; ie show me the list of all enabled scheduled jobs on the clover prod server. I know there is an underlying database that stores the data. Just not sure if you have some documentation on accessing it. Thanks.

Re: Normalized Data to Denormalized Number Columns - Use Denormalize Component?

Thank you Pavel! That worked perfectly! I just added one check to make sure the number of records in each group did not exceed the number I want to load which is 5. if ( cnt <= 4 ) { if (isNull($in.0,inFieldIdx) == false ) { setStringValue(accumulator,outFieldIdx,getStringValue($in.0,inFieldIdx)); }...

Normalized Data to Denormalized Number Columns - Use Denormalize Component?

I have a text file that is in a normalized format: ID|AddressLine1|AddressLine2|City|State|Zip|Country with multiple addresses records per ID I want to transform the data into a denormalized column structure with the key being the "ID" and the Address columns denormalized into separate num...

Re: CloverETL EmailSender component incompatible with AWS Simple Email Service (SES).

Hi Lubos. Thank you for looking into this. I have checked with our AWS Admin, and he confirmed there is no limit for open SMTP connections on the AWS side. I am also attaching the requested execution history log files that go with the original file I had attached all_run_logs.zip . Thanks, Heather

Re: CloverETL EmailSender component incompatible with AWS Simple Email Service (SES).

Hi Lukas. I am having a similar issue, but I am using the email sender component in a subgraph called by a graph that is then called by a job flow. I made the modifications suggested in the subgraph, but I still get the error on the fourth file. Three files process successfully then the fourth error...

Emoji Unicode Characters in a File

Does clover have a function to determine is a file contains emoji unicode characters? I want to raise an error if a file contains such characters.

http://apps.timwhitlock.info/emoji/tables/unicode

I cannot find anything about this in the documentation.

Thanks!

Re: In files with generic names, only one at a time

Hi Jan. The use case is as follows: on the Clover server we want to have a daily scheduled job that will first call a jobflow which executes a graph to call a webservice that generates a file, checks for a complete export file in a client's outbound SFTP directory, and then ftps it to them once it k...

Re: In files with generic names, only one at a time

Thanks for the reply Jan. I am still not totally clear. Hope I am not being dense :? My scenario is that a customer ftp file to FTP server and file appears on FTP server. Once file is completely copied to FTP server, I want to use file event listener to kickoff job flow to process file. You mentione...
